By using this site you agree to our terms, conditions, shipping and returns policies. Your statutory legal rights are not affected. You, the customer have the right to cancel within seven days of purchase, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Goods must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty. If you decide to cancel your order, you will have your payment returned by the method used to pay, ie card to card pay-pal to pay-pal. Please note these rules do not apply to specially ordered or made parts. 

 

 

Liability 

 

All parts or kits sold by Mad Biker Designs are designed and manufactured for off road / competition use only and is sold as is without warranty. The entire risk as to performance and quality is with the with the buyer. It is a condition of our making these parts available that it is solely the decision of each individual, rider, team member or team whether they choose to use any parts supplied and in doing so this absolves Mad Biker Designs or it's suppliers of any claims. including and not exclusively for; inconvenience, damage to equipment and/or injury to personnel irrespective of how caused. It is assumed when ordering these parts that you accept these terms. If the items is received with a manufacturing fault please contact Mad Biker Designs to resolve within 7 days. 

For other manufacturers their own terms and liabilities may apply. 

 

Prices 

 

All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling. 

 

Deposits 

 

Mad Biker Designs reserves the right to charge a minimum deposit of 50% of the order value for any non-stock special order items. This deposit is non-returnable and non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer of the order for any reason, based on the customer's implicit instructions to order the goods on their behalf.
