Mad Biker Designs originally started as a design company for Motocross products. After racing a motocross for 20+ years on 2 stroke machinery we started building our own specials for road use. People started asking us how we did it, what parts were used, were they good, were they bad etc. People were unable source these parts easily and so in 2012 Mad Biker was born to provide quality parts and enable people to do what we was doing. Our bigbore Yamaha engines were one of the 1st in the UK to break the 100hp barrier, and since then we have helped countless customers do the same. We specialise in parts and tuning for the Yamaha RD engines and constantly develop new ideas to push these engines and bikes forward.
As well as supplying parts we carry out engine performance tuning, cylinder reboring and dyno set up work - including regeneral repair work, preparation for MOT's, problem solving, diagnostics running issues, full engine rebuilds and much more.
