Made from Aerospace Ti-6Al-4V grade 5 titanium, which approximately 40% lighter than steel.
CNC machined with forged heads.
Rolled threads improve grain structure and strength while reducing the chances of galling.
Hexagon flanged head, dished in the middle to reduce weight. Each flat is drilled, reducing weight further and allowing the use of lock wire while giving that all important factory appearance.
